Don’t let holiday stress derail your health goals!

Summer is gone, plain and simple. But don’t get the blues, there is so much to look forward to including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and of course, New Year’s.

As we approach the busiest time of the year, aka the holidays, it’s also a time when many of us start to get stressed out. And as we stress, we start to eat everything in sight, messing up our diets, nutriton and overall health in the process.

Are you someone who grabs a bag of salty potato chips or a creamy candy bar when you’re under pressure? Do you start to lose track of calories and binge on stuff that you haven’t had in years?

If you’re shaking your head yes to one or all these questions, consider attending our “Healthy Harvest” event on Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. There, Gabrielle Grandell, our National Board and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Nutritionist will offer a presentation that’s packed with simple, easy-to-implement practices that can help you stay healthy all season long.

In addition to discussing healthy substitutions for favorite dishes, you’ll also have the opportunity to taste a few offerings off of our healthy holiday menu. At the end of the event, you’ll leave with recipes to try and new skills for addressing triggers and stressors that come with the holiday season.

Don’t think twice, attend and get some great info to help keep you sane during the chaotic holiday season! Call 972-930-0260 to reserve your spot. Seating is limited!
