Summer is gone, plain and simple. But don’t get the blues, there is so much to look forward to including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and of course, New Year’s.

As we approach the busiest time of the year, aka the holidays, it’s also a time when many of us start to get stressed out. And as we stress, we start to eat everything in sight, messing up our diets, nutriton and overall health in the process.

In addition to discussing healthy substitutions for favorite dishes, you’ll also have the opportunity to taste a few offerings off of our healthy holiday menu. At the end of the event, you’ll leave with recipes to try and new skills for addressing triggers and stressors that come with the holiday season.
