Eyes, energy, and emotions

While you may have heard of these healing methods individually, it is when they are combined that their healing power is intensified.

The three healing modalities we refer to are:

  1. Rapid Eye Technology (RET)
  2. Reiki (energy healing)
  3. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

But what are these modalities by themselves? We must understand them individually in order to understand them as a whole once their powers are combined.

Rapid Eye Technology (RET)

RET utilizes the body’s own natural mechanisms to help patients work through traumatic events or achieve a certain level of mental comfort or psychological relief. Applied in a wakeful state, RET employs the same negative ion release that occurs when we are in a deep sleep state and experiencing rapid eye movement. The negative ion release aids in healing the bonds that act as communication lines between the mind and body.

Reiki (energy healing)

Developed in Japan in the 1800′s, Reiki is an off-the-body energy healing technique. It is a complementary medical treatment and is often used in combination with meditation and/or other forms of alternative healing. Reiki is effective in helping patients deal with stress, pain, trauma and other illnesses.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

While EFT sounds entirely non-physical, it actually is very physical. It borrows from ancient Chinese medicinal principles governing self-applied accupressure. By following the body’s natural meridian channels, EFT practitioners treat physical, mental, and emotional stress or pain.

Interested in learning more about how these technologies and techniques can help relieve you of what ails you? Our very own Suzan Kearny, MEd, has been investigating and working with them for over a decade. Contact us at 972-930-0260 or follow this link to our website to learn more.
