Have you tried essential oils yet?

Essential oils are special products derived from plant matter including leaves, herbs, barks and rinds. In addition to emitting pleasant smells, essential oils are also concentrated, making them useful for a variety of medical applications.

In fact, essential oils are regularly added to lotions, ointments, bath gels and other products to facilitate in pain relief, improved circulation and even wrinkle reduction. At Living Well Dallas we carry a variety of essential oils and love sharing them with our clients.

If you’re new to using essential oils, we recommend getting started with one of our custom DoTerra sleep blends. We currently have two on the shelf: one with lavender and one without. About a half hour before crawling into bed, roll a few drops on the back of your neck, wrists and feet. Repeat the same steps when you wake up in the morning.

Getting into this routine will provide you with an all-natural restful and rejuvenating sleep. It will also convert you to the true power of essential oils.

Would you like to learn more about essential oils? Are you interested in having us develop a unique formula for your individual health needs? Whatever the case, we’re here to assist! Call the office at 972-930-0260 or stop by.
