This fall, visit us at Living Well Dallas

If you’re looking for some fun things to do that also benefit your health this autumn, you’re in luck!

I’m Gabrielle Grandell, a health coach at Living Well Dallas, and I am hosting a few events and classes that you might want to add to your calendar.

I’m also a National Board and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Nutritionist, as well as a Certified LEAP Therapist. If you have time attend one or attend all of these upcoming events!

Monday 10/8 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nighty Night with Nutrition:

Are you dragging because you don’t get enough sleep? Lack of sleep is one of the top complaints we see from our clients and we want to help you get more rest. While you might think sleep medications are your only option, that’s far from the case. There are dozens of natural remedies that are just as, if not more effective. At this event, you’ll learn about nutrition, aromatherapy and additional strategies for getting better sleep through the night.

Monday 10/22 6:30 to 8 p.m. Eat the Rainbow:

Do you want you and your family to eat the rainbow? Don’t worry, I’m not talking about Lucky Charms or Skittles! Fruits and vegetables come in a rainbow of colors. Choosing produce from red to violet ensures a pretty plate of real food and each hue contains nature’s color code to nutrients that help your body function at its best. Bring your kids to this family-friendly event and learn how to incorporate more color into your food choices. Yum!

Tuesday 11/13 6:30 to 8 p.m. Healthy Harvest:

Does holiday stress derail you from making healthy choices? Come and learn healthy substitutions for favorite dishes and taste a few offerings from our very own holiday menu. You will also leave with recipes and skills for addressing triggers and stressors that come with the holiday season to help you stay on track with your health goals.

I and the rest of the Living Well Dallas professionals encourage you to come and participate in these exciting events. Call us today if you would like further information or to RSVP! 972-930-0260
